Wedding day coordination (two coordinators on site) 
Two in-person planning meetings 
One venue visit 
The three key documents that will ensure your day goes as planned:
Event timeline 
Ceremony outline 
Production document detailing all lighting, sound, catering and décor instructions 
Unlimited support via email and phone for the month leading up to your wedding 

This option is often referred to as “day-of wedding coordination”. We are unable to offer actual “day-of” wedding coordination. In order to ensure our usual flawless execution, we need to begin working with you at least one more prior to your event!
